Many Services, One Mission: Discover, Thrive and Embrace your health through better living where you are the priority.

Our mission at Paragon Dermatology is to provide Dermatology that is focused on improving overall health and wellbeing for the whole family, Doctor Agnieszka (ag-NESH-kuh) Niemeyer (KNEE-my-er) opened Paragon Dermatology in May 2008. Paragon means “a model of excellence or perfection”… Treating each and every patient like our only patient, in a gracious and comforting environment, is the cornerstone of our success.
More than 2 million skin cancers are diagnosed each year in the United States. That's more than cancers of the prostate, breast, lung, colon, uterus, ovaries, and pancreas combined. Current estimates are that one in five Americans will develop skin cancer. Basal (BASE-uhl) cell and squamous (SQUAW-muss) cell carcinomas (CAR-suh-NO-muhs) are the two most common forms of skin cancer, but both are easily treated if detected early. Most skin cancers are caused by too much exposure to ultraviolet rays.

At Paragon Dermatology, we offer Mohs (moze) surgery for our patients. Mohs micrographic surgery is state-of-the-art treatment for skin cancer. Mohs Surgery has been refined into a highly-precise, highly-effective method that removes not only the visible skin cancer, but also any "roots" that may have extended beneath the skin surface. With cure rates up to 99 percent, the Mohs technique is the most precise method of tumor removal.
